Is my appointment automatically confirmed when I book?

Not yet — and that’s on purpose. All BRNZD appointments are personally reviewed to ensure proper timing, routing, and availability. Rachel will reach out within 24 hours to confirm your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% service charge. No-shows are subject to a 100% service charge.

What type of solution do you use?

BRNZD. by Rach uses SunFX — a 100% natural, organic, and vegan tanning solution that delivers a flawless glow without harsh chemicals or synthetic dyes.

What’s the difference between Clear and Bronzed solutions?

Clear tans develop invisibly (no instant color, no transfer), while Bronzed tans include a cosmetic guide color for immediate results. Both develop beautifully after 2–4 hours — it just depends on your preference! (For brides, I always recommend a clear solution to avoid any transfer)

How long does a spray tan last?

With proper prep and aftercare, your BRNZD glow will last 7–10 days. (Check out my Pre & Post Tan page for all the pro tips to make it last!)

How long will my appointment take?

Most sessions take 20–30 minutes, including a brief consult, spray time, and drying time.

Do you offer bridal spray tanning?

Yes! We offer curated bridal glow packages designed around your wedding timeline. Bridal appointments are handled through a Bridal Glow Request process. Once your wedding dates and timeline are reviewed, Rachel will reach out to confirm availability and send your official bridal invoice.

Can I shower the same day?

Yes! With the Rapid SunFX formula, you can rinse in as soon as 2–4 hours. Rach will let you know your exact rinse time for your desired color.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Loose, dark clothing — think comfy loungewear. Avoid tight waistbands, sports bras, or leggings right after your tan.

Do you offer mobile tanning?

Yes! I offer mobile services within Santa Cruz County (+ surrounding areas) for an extra fee pending on location (starting at $30) — perfect for at-home convenience or bridal parties.
